Return Policy

Thank you and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
As a Customer you have the right to return the products, up to fourteen (14) days from the next day that you or a third party (not the carrier), which you have indicated, acquires possession of the products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS (Withdrawal)
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision at info@mythiko.com
You can also choose to fill in and submit the model withdrawal form, (as given by the E.U. consumer rights directive 2011/83), or any other unequivocal statement on our website, selecting “Submit Withdrawal”. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, all you have to do is submit your statement within the deadline.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and the products are returned at your own liability. We strongly recommend that you use a tractable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bespoke Creations
We take special care in the careful packaging of the products so that they reach you intact. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note
- Be careful when handling our products you wish to return. Make sure they are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during the return shipping. In case you have decided to return all the products, before or upon delivery, do not unpack them. Please read: How to pack and prepare a shipment
- You may also Cancel or Change an order (in whole or in part) that has already been Confirmed but has not yet been shipped, and be fully refund. Inform us of this decision by sending us an e-mail at info@mythiko.com.
- In case of repeated returns made by a Customer, We reserve the right to refuse the return of products, due to overuse of the right of withdrawal.
- Primary value for Us is the relationship of “good faith” and honesty with our Customer. In any case, for any issue of support before and after the sale, change, delay, exchange or return of product, order cancellation, withdrawal and any relevant questions – clarifications, please contact us immediately.
